Go see the guy who put the rebuilt transmission in your truck, I think? Sorry, not really understanding your question. Sounds like you just had a transmission put in your truck and now the OD isn't working. You need to take it to a transmission shop so they can look at it. Hopefully the one that, I think, put it in so they can fix it right for you.
