Might be the upper shock bushings. I had that with my RCX kit. I found out which side it was and then just unbolted that shock and flipped it 180 degrees. That solved the squeak for me.

Get a friend to jounce each side of the truck with you underneath it and try to pin point the sound. That's how I found it.
