They make rear lift springs and rear lift spacers. Not sure of many brands besides Cst like these other guys stated. If you go more than 2"-2.5" in the rear, it will be required to get longer shocks, along with track bar drop down bracket and sway bar end link extensions. I have seen several threads that you cannot use longer shocks for the front due to no protection of over flexing and the coil bucket hitting the upper control arm, or something like that, not exactly sure what the problem was. I have seen guys use a slightly longer shock in the front with no issues, but it's not advised. Ready lift also makes a leveling kit that is popular for our 2wd, think it is 2.5"front and 1.75" rear level lift. I have the cst 4" lift and love they way it rides, basically stock driving.
