OK I think I solved this thing. I spent about three hours on this because it was bugging me..

First, this will run under Win7. When you get the blank pages, you have not even required the use of the viewer. The Adobe SVG viewer works fine. Ultimately this is a Javascript compatibility issue. I am running IE10 and the JS errors start at IE9. Here is what to do..

Check your Adobe SVG install. You can use this test image to check on the install http://www-eng-x.llnl.gov/documents/tests/svg.html

After verifying your SVG install do the following:
- load default page as detailed earlier
- Click on the Enter link
- You should now see the blank frames - press F12 - this will bring up the debug tools either in a new window or across the bottom of the screen.
- look for the Browser mode and select IE 8
- go back to the blank frames. If it doesn't automatically reload - press reload and the app should work from here..

You will need to do this each time you use it.

This is more of a workaround as the real fix is to correct the JS compatibility issues. I am too lazy to fix the errors and this is pretty easy.
