What kind of plugs did you put in, OEM or ??? Worst case scenario is the fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator going bad. But don't jump to there just yet. Try running a $10 bottle of Seafoam through your tank and in the intake. It could just need a good cleaning. Has it thrown any codes? Try taking out the AIT and cleaning it as well. Keep us updated.
