Default MPG Dropping off Suddenly

I have a 2012 Express Hemi that up until recently have been averaging around 15 to 16 mpg with a mixture of highway and city driving. About two weeks ago my mpg started dropping all of a sudden and over the next couple of days got down to about 13.2. I have been using the same gas station and the same route to work since purchasing the truck and I don't understand the sudden dropoff. Is it the winter fuel or do you think I have an issue with the truck? I am going to hand calculate the mileage when I fill up next to confirm the mileage. My commute to work is more on the highway side so that's why I am concerned. If my commute was mostly city I would not be all that concerned about it. Anyone have any insight other than to go buy a dart if I am concerned with mileage? I understand it is a truck but 13 mpg sucks no matter what you're driving.
