Angry Another 2010 Torque Converter Replaced

Just picked up mine up yesterday. Started with a hunting of RPM during convertor lock-up and a shutter when trying to lock up. Here is the unfortunate part, I was only 3,000 miles (which is 5 weeks for me) over 100,000 miles, that's right 103,000 and RAM customer Service would not even discuss any help nor allow me to appeal to a higher level. Cost me $1535.00. You would think that if they weren't going to assist, they would at least discuss it with you as to their position but nope, just "we can not assist you".
I love my truck, it is clearly a part failure of which you have no control over. I am seriously sick !
SO if you expect loyalty consideration from RAM, think again and if you experience any of my symptoms, don't think it is the MDS and not the transmission just because it is not slipping. Get it addressed or reported before warranty because to my disbelief there is no policy or compassion available to assist you.
