I think the only rubbing anyone has had with Air Suspension and that tire size is a small plastic screw/plug in the wheel well that sticks out and it will only rub at entry height. I do not think it will harm the tires. The solution has been to either remove, file down that protrusion or just let the tires "take care of it" over time. Even so i would think you are not supposed to drive at all at entry/exit height, even parking, so it should not be an issue.
