I first reported this problem to my dealership last August and there is no reason Ram hasn't started authorizing repairs by now.
Did the dealership have an idea what is causing the issue? I had to call the dealership 3 times and still nothing yet from Chrysler. I hate when the dealership says they will call back and never do. I think it's time to call Chrysler Customer Care. The last time I called I got 3 years of free oil changes. Maybe I'll get some inside information.
