The service adviser said the symptoms sounded like a bad torque converter. The technician verified the vibration and when he called it into the Star center, the center acknowledge they were aware of the 2000 RPM vibration issue on some 2013 Rams, but they did not have a documented fix at that time (late January). The Star center did not mention the root cause of the vibration, only that they were aware of it.
