The easiest way would be dynamite. But you're probably wanting to put the new one back on the truck? Am I right? If it's the same as, or at least similar to, my 05, there should be 8 bolts holding it to the frame on the back side of the bumper. Kind of a pain in the ass to get to, but with an impact extension and a good impact gun, you should be able to get them off no problem.
