Holy thread resurrection Batman!!! Sorry i brought up an old thread, I just joined and I I have had this issue doer the entire life of my rig and the dealer told me that this is NORMAL!! Yikes...

He even showed me a paper from star tech that said a 15 to 20 degree variance between passenger and driver is within their spec.

Naturally I called bs and said I don't care that you consider it "in spec", this is not ok. It blows 75 to 80 degrees while the drivers is a 60, that is not normal.

They replied that the freon is within specs and showed me their report. They should issue a recall or a tsb or something...
