I guess heavy recovery would be an M-1 with a BMF tow bar. The old HET's trailers couldnt handle the M1's weight. Ask me how I know. I blew every air bag and tire dragging one in from the box at the NTC back in 92. My CWO 4 said drive it till the wheels pop off and I did! LOL

When I went to recovery school, I was trained on the M94E1,(Brand new Hemmet (SP?) wrecker) The 5 ton wrecker, 2.5 ton wrecker, the VTR, and the 88. When got a class on the old M60 tanks that where out fitted with a boom and blade! LOL
