Underneith the door panel there are two or three nuts, that hold the mirror on. Check those they might be loose. Or you can tighten up the screws, that hold the chrome "pipe" in place. If tightening the pipe screws dosn't work you can put in another piece of plastic shim to tighten the pipe. There are four screws that hold the pipe. To get to the pipe screws, remove the 'chrome outside cover', their is an allen screw on the bottom of it. Then slide the cover out of the way the best you can.
