Rammerson is right. There is two different scheduals. Schedual A and Schedual B. I don't know which one is which but one is due at 5000Km/3000Mi, and the other one is due at 10,000Km/6000Mi. The one schedual is for towing, cold climates, long idle, ect. The other schedual is for extremely light use, and I mean extremely light. It doesn't take much at all to put it into the heavy use Schedual. Now that being said the computer does the calculation and looks at what conditions it has been through and put's itself into either schedual. For what ever reason your truck has put itself into the heavy use schedual. The oil change reminder light will always come on a far ways in advance too. They program it so it comes on a few hundread Km/Mi before it's due to take into account laziness and busy scheduals.
