Default Clicking Noise Grrrrrrrrrrr

So today noticed a clicking noise from the front end . It only does it in 2wd and goes with the speed of the vehicle. I cannot hear it when its in reverse either, but it may still be there. I did a search and seen that it could be u-joints, bearings, and seals going out. Every once in awhile it vibrates the front end at highway speeds, but I left off, and it goes away. I need ball joints on the driver side, and my steering stabilizer is leaking (or so Car-X said), could be those seals.
I am going to take it to someone with a lift and can get underneath my truck, but wanted to get some ideas before I went.
