I had to step in and answer this one so you don't waste a lot of time like I did. I have had my 02' Ram for almost six years. I had vibration problems just like your situation. I can't tell you how many times I rotated tires, got them balanced, checked and re-checked. The problem turned out to be my rear brakes. The caliper bolt slide would was contaminated and literally could barely slide. The pressure of not being able to move freely would put just enough pressure on the brakes at an uneven angle that it would cause a vibration, usually around 65 mph. When I did the brakes I replaced the pin, shaft and boot. I made sure I lubed it good and that everything moved freely before I put it back together. Vibration problem is now gone. Hope this helps you narrow down your problem.
