I very seriously doubt it. I have a 3.7L in my Dakota and have looked around a lot and so far the only chips Ive found are made by Jet. After much research and many reviews, I've decided to pass on it because the majority seems to say it isn't worth the money. I don't think I have ever seen proof of a 50 HP gain from any chip/programmer without accompanying mods such as a CAI and cat back exhaust at the very least.
