Those are holograms on the paint, cause by the buffer you used. That's a rotary polisher, which, if used incorrectly, can have those results. Also, I wouldn't use that pad either since it's microfiber and, as I mentioned before, is very harsh and can leave micromarring behind. I'd stick with proper foam pads made by either Megiuars, Lake Country, 3m, or Griots Garage.
