Default need 08 tail lights

I think I finally found the tail lights that best match the theme of my truck!
But these are listed to fit 02-05 and I have an 08 Ram. Since my front end is completely upgraded, those stock tail lights just seem too how should I say "STOCK" for it. They are the closest design match I can find to the headlights I already have.

My question is what would be involved in getting these tail lights to work. If its just simple rewiring or swapping out mounting pins it would be well worth it to me. But if there are any fit or body alignment issues I dont want to go down that road. Would I need longer mounting screws?

I'm just looking for advice from anyone with any info at all. Im trying to prevent getting my hopes up only to have to return them later if they dont work.
