Default Any real world results? (MPG gain with tuner?)

I have no doubt in my mind that a tuner (SC or Diablo) can make power.

Adding fuel to most any EPA regulated machine will accomplish this (It sure does on fuel injected motorcycles!)

I'm thinking the SC and Diablo add more fuel to make power. Trouble is, I ain't dying to make more power if it means my MPG will suck or that I'll have to run 93 all the time'

I'm sure most who buy tuners go for the power, and don't really place a heavy emphasis on MPG.

For those with tuners, did you notice any sustained hand calculated MPG improvements at all?

Thanks in advance!
