If Chrysler won't do anything for ya do something to stop it . It will only get worse . There are several things you can do . If I didn't have the money to get it fixed correctly I would sand it down to bear metal , try and remove as much rust as possible . Use a rust convertor , like Eastwood's Rust convertor . Stuff really does work . Then I would go to your local parts store and purchase some Dupli color touch up paint and clear . Hopefully you can work in a tight enough area that once this repair is complete that it will be covered up with the new flares . The repair will look ok just not 100% professional .
