Default AVS In-channel Slimline Vent Visors installed today!

Got a set of AVS Slimline in-channel Vent Visors today thanks to Casualdreamer of the ForumZ here! Anyone need AVS in-channel Slimline Vent Visors...

Install was a breeze! Having applied the regular Vent Visors numerous times, this was actually easier, and a cleaner look in my opinion.

First what was in the package, the visors, a Scotch Brite scratch pad, alcohol wipes, and the instructions didn't make it out to the truck (who needs those anyways, right?):

We start by lowering the windows enough to get the visors in without any clearance issues:

Using the Scotch Brite scratch pad, rub the felt lining inside the window channel to give the adhesive tape a proper surface to stick against:

Then using the alcohol wipes you want to wipe the channel as well so the surface is free of anything that might hinder proper application of the adhesive tape:

Removing the red liner from the adhesive tape, you can then snug the Visor into place. It is easiest to start with the side towards the mirror, then by applying a VERY slight bend to the visor, the back side towards the rear window will slide right into place. There is not enough pressure on the Visor at this point for it to have stuck to the felt lining, so you can then press it firmly up into the channel:
