I have been doing some research on the E85 because my new truck has the capability to run it. There is a local Shell station that sells it and the last time I checked it was around .30-.40 cents cheaper per gallon. My goal is to get a solid average on running just regular 87 octane gas and then see how the E85 stacks up and see how that effects the miles per dollar like rancherman said above. If its cheaper to run the e85 than I will. If not than I will stick with regular 87.

EDIT: mine also has badging with the yellow gas gap that says E85/gasoline
