I died laughing when I saw this...and so with a little research I can up with the same parts and pieces that you can make your own.
First go to your hobby shop and purchase a "ducted fan motor" that will run on twelve volts.
Ducted fan motors are what power R/C model jet air planes.
Mount the motor inside the tubing of your choice and then to your intake system.
Wire said motor with a (fused) deadman switch to your battery, and then purchase a low restriction cone filter and mate it to your tubing. The one pictured is the small filter. I think Spectre wants 20 bucks for 'em.
You have now replicated for about half the cost, the system listed for sale.
