Default More on the Head

After putting it all back together for the second time, it runs, but really rough like it's misfiring. Now I'm lost. I checked all the coil and injector connections. They're all tight. I checked the hoses on the TB and the Heads etc. When I rebuilt the heads I pulled the injectors and they were caked with a lot of black grime. I had to brush them and squirted them with throttle body cleaner to get all the crud off. Before putting on new O-rings, I shot the cleaner into the intake port area of each injector to flush out any crud. Now I'm not shure if I should have done that. I'm thinking I clogged one or more? Does anyone know what may be wrong?

Anybody have any ideas how to find out which cylinders are missing before I go buy all new injectors, plugs, and coils?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
