I finally got her to start. It appears that the ECM was the problem. I have another issue.

When I step on the throttle, the engine revs for about 10 seconds before it comes back down to idle. I've replaced the old TPS with a new one, and it does the same thing. When I remove the the TPS from the throttle body (with wiring in tact) the engine responds normally. Is this possibly a programming issue, or did I not install the TPS correctly?????


BTW...I am getting a Check Engine light, and need to pull the codes.
