the paper work has been signed & they really can't change the CONTRACT legally, unless you let them talk you into a revised contract, they shouldn't be able to do anything without your signature being on a new contract
they are going to make their money on any trade in
sounds like less than $100 in parts will fix it & i would almost be willing to bet that those lug nuts will stay on it, unless they are dinged up.
They are more worried about the LABOR costs of tightening up the grill, replacing the bulbs, & giving the vehicle a complete detail
Being as you are in DC, there is bound to be another dealership close by for you to get anything done, if you feel uncomfortable doing business with them
Yea my relationship with them is done, I know that even if this blows over they probably wont take the best care of my car with warranty work. Will another dealer still honor the warranties? There was an Auto for Life warranty that was through that specific dealer only as long as I got scheduled maintenance with them..
