Default Tire Cleaning

Once I bought my truck a few months ago I switch out the wheel to my black ones, now that winter is approacing I put the stock ones back on. Here is where the problem lies, the stock wheels had about 10 miles on them when I switched them so they were covered in tire dressing from when I took delivery on it. So after being stacked on top of each other for months the white lettering is now brown and it almost appears like I used motor oil on them. I have tried everything I can think of to get the lettering white again but still no luck. I have gotten it to look better but not anywhere near where I would like it. Any suggestions on what to use?
