You'll need new shocks on anything over 2" on a solid axle dodge truck (it is reccommended you replace shocks anytime you go up). The kits from topguncustomz come with control arms and track bar drop brackets to match the lift height so you should be good there. Drive shafts will be needed on anything over 7" (you'll need to clock the t case at 7" then do custom shafts on the front if you go over 9" all suspension).
