Default Added Magnaflow Cat back and lost some low end!

Okay, so I installed the Magnaflow dual cat back system on my 03 4.7L today. It sounds great but I can detect a power loss under 2500 rpms. Once it gets over that it pulls hard, which is exactly what the Magnaflow Dyno chart says it should do. Of course as a daily driver, I rarely take the rpms that high.

Any way to add back a little back pressure to the system without totally removing it? Something I could add "inline" maybe?

Does the computer take a while perhaps to adjust the lower back pressure?

Next purchase is a Superchips programer, we'll see what happens there.
