I totally agree. Just as with any business relationship, how the parties treat one another and make things work relies on the attitude and willingness to work together.
A bad attitude can ruin any relationship. It is well worth the time to develop that with your dealer and maintain it. Consider how much you have invested in your vehicle(s). Is not getting quality service worth the time to work together?
Handing out ultimatums never works unless your army is 3 times larger than the opposing force.
