Default What's your take?

I couldn't find anywhere else to post this so, it ended up here.

There's a lot of skepticism out there about idling your diesel at start-up. I would just like to know what peoples opinions on this are. Many people say different things, and i think it's a very interesting area on diesels that perhaps, some of us don't really think about or care for, especially if you don't know.

People say they idle for prolong periods of time and some say they idle enough to plug in they car charger and start moving.

What it boils down to is... good or bad?

What's your take?

Thanks again!

Dave
