I have the 430 (Sales Code RBZ) stereo and have been fighting with that very issue since I bought the vehicle a week ago. Here's what I have done that hasn't worked:

1). Placed the album cover .jpg into the same folder as the MP3 files for said album on my USB stick
1a). Copied all music from USB to HDD
1b). After this didn't work I deleted all music from HDD

2). Using a program called: "MP3 TagTools v1.2" to edit the ID3 Tags for each song to include the album art for each song. This makes the icon (on my Windows PC) for the song display the album cover rather than the standard "Music Note" icon.
2a). Copied all music from USB to HDD

From doing EXHAUSTIVE research on the internet I can't find anything that says album art can display for songs brought over to the HDD through a USB device. The only references to album art I CAN find is when ripping a CD directly on the stereo into the HDD. The only reason I thought it might be possible is because when playing MP3's that I transferred through my USB stick it displays the standard music file icon on the stereo. I will keep plugging away at it and post any new findings.
