I would think cut the holes out where the vents are, get the challenger (Chally) hood vents and then get fiberglass to create a vent or a way (best way I can describe it) to have the air go from there to the CAI.

But the thing with the '11 Rams (not sure about the other years... still learning about the Rams) is that the setup that it has now has air coming from the right side fender by the wheel liner going to the air filter and then into the engine. Sort of like a CAI, but with the filter fully enclosed.
