I just returned from the Detroit auto show and I was quite impressed!! Dodge and Fiat are preparing an impressive line up of vehicles in years to come!! From fuel efficient compacts, to diesel applications in sedans, to more powerful 6 cylinder engines (Lord knows we needed help with the V-6's). They also had a Power Wagon on display and that was one mean looking truck!! Starting at only $38,000 no less (the sticker on my RAM 1500 HEMI was $42,000)!! I also wish I could have waited to buy my wife the 2011 Journey instead of the 2010. The interior is way better and more much better engine options, that 3.6 liter Penstar engine looks very impressive with VVT and the horsepower numbers are nice!! Makes the 3.5 liter look very childish! The Durango updates appear impressive as well! It's no longer a big, bulky SUV, It's a slim, streamline crossover with 50/50 weight distribution, more towing capacity and a Hemi to boot! Even though most of the cars on display do not own Fiat influence yet, My skepticism about the merger is fading fast!!
