I use the Meguiar's NXT Generation Tech Wax 2.0

It's not cheap though.

I haven't had any problems with it, and have always had good results. Granted I do use automatic car washes, and I don't do the pressure wash thing... it's just not needed around here as they wouldn't know how to salt or sand the roads (even if they had the equipment, which they don't).
