Default Exhaust fuel lines

So I ordered an AFE turbo back 4" exhaust and a H&S mini maxi so I can do complete emissions delete. My question is what is the best way to deal with the fuel lines that are part of the DPF system. I want to keep it where I can put it back to stock if and when I need to.

All suggestions and help welcom.
