Many factors need to be considered when choosing a cam. My advice is to gather as much info about your truck as you can (weight, gear ratio, tire size, engine and trans type, current and future mods and what you want to accomplish) and call a couple of cam companies and geet their recommendations. Not all cam upgrades require new springs and it will depend on the specs of the cam you pick.
