Default Lower Control Arm Issues!!!!!!

I've been trying to swap out my shocks on my 06 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4, I got the rear done which were cake. I finally was able to complete the right passenger side, but the driver side has been giving me some issues. I ruined the bushing where the shock connects to the lower control arm so I went ahead and ordered a new lower control arm from a junk yard. Now I'm running into the same problem with trying to get the bolts out of the bushing where the lower control arm connects to the body of the truck. I guess from years of rust and wear and tear they are just being a B@$%&!!! Anyone have any good ideas on how to get the bolt out without ruining them. We have already tried beating on them and putting a bottle jack in the middle and pressing them out and no luck, all it was doing was pushing the frame out. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.
