Replacing a bedside and doorskin involves welding, and adhesives/epoxy/sealants that you likely do not have direct access to. Body shop FTW.

Since you do not want to do that, I have a hunch if you look, and I mean REALLY look, you can find all your parts used (color doesnt matter) for around $1,000. Then you can throw them on as is, or paint them (even one at a time as extra money comes in).
