Default 95 v10 4x4 lift and tire question

so i have a 95 2500 HD 4x4 with the v10. shes got 225000 miles on her and the suspention is just tired. i have a death wobble problem as well. i think right now its sitting with a 2.5 inch leveling kit. im planning on doing a 5-6 inch lift soon. i already know the tires im getting are 37x12.50r16.5 mud terrains from www.treadwright.com. so my questions are this... does anyone know a good lift for my model truck in under the $1500 dollar range? also, with running a 16.5 by 9.75-10 inch wheel, what would be a good backspacing? wheel backspacing is too much to wrap around my head haha. thanks for any help you can give
