A lot of other factors will play into this. Is your truck a manual or an automatic? Are you planning to offroad your truck, or just do it for the looks? Do you care if your speedometer is off or not?

You can get by with higher gears in my experience, with an automatic. If your gears are too high with a manual, you can sometimes burn through clutches, because you have to slip them to get the truck rolling. All that is for street driving, which is my guess since you are running 22" rims.

If you plan to off road your truck, then I would definitely opt for the 4:56's. It will allow you to utilize the power band much better than if you left the stock gears in there.

You don't "have" to do anything, but these would be my suggestions.
