I had an airaid tb spacer on my old s-10 and it pepped up that 4.3, I am not going to put a spacer on top of my already HUGE intake. There is so much air in that thing, how would putting a spacer on it help? TB spacers work by giving the fuel/air mixture more time to blend. That worked fine on my s-10, the tb had the fuel injectors built into it and that sat on top of the airaid spacer giving it just a little more time to blend.
I dont know about your intake but my fuel injectors add the fuel just before the air leaves the intake and enters the heads. This means the spacer will not help the air and fuel "atomize", UNLESS they would put a spacer between the intake and the heads..... but.....dont think it will fit....
