I took the puddle lamps (and my third brake light) out before spraying.
You have to be careful but it only takes a minute to pry them out.

I suppose you could just cut the rear coils ( I wouldn't),
Depending how far you drop, you'll also need to consider the length of your stock shocks, sway bar links and bump stops.
My kit came with shorter shocks, sway bar relocation instructions, and new bump stops.
