yea just as usmc said check your u joints i have had complaints of this before but be sure to get your tires check'd out by a shop that can road force them to figure out how much vibration is coming off them also check your bearing and all your front end suspension sounds like the truck sat for a a long time with that kinda of mileage for an 02? so you may have spots of rust in your bearings and such that a tearing apart but repost on it and we'll further help you
