Hughes Engines is a good source for Mopar cams. I used a Hughes "Whiplash" cam in my carburated 318 in my 79 Ramcharger, and it really woke it up. Their cams have more lift than the Comp cams, and they sell the matching springs.
You need to avoid detonation to save your pistons, rebuild your distributor, and limit the total advance to about 32 degrees.
