At about 5500 Kms started to hear a high pitch whining with a lower pitch vibration beginnning at about 60kms/hr up to 110kms/hr at low load condition. It is present in 4th 5th and when going into overdrive. It is present both in and not in ECO mode. It is present in gear selection 4, 5 and drive. It is present to a lesser degree in tow mode as the rpm jump to over 2000 rpm makes it less present. Generally this happens between 1500 and 2000 rpm in the gears mentioned above. Didn't happen for the first 5500 kms I put on it in its first week on a trip to Florida. Dealership has seen it 3 times. First time = Dont' know, Second time= exhaust issue , third time= replace exhaust pipe and performed the rear differential recall, Fouth call= engineers say this is normal and a know torque converter issue that is normal for this vehicle. The noise is low to moderate at highway speeds, but can be so loud at 60 kms/hr that even trying to drown it out with the radio at loud doesn't work. Anyone else experiencing this problem? Chrysler Customer tells me that they will do nothing.
