Default Muffler/Cat

So on my truck I have an aftermarket muffler, single in/dual out. It's stock from the engine to the muffler.
I haven't found any logos on it (it was on the truck when I bought the truck) and I don't think it's actually a "high flow" muffler.

So what I want to know is if it would make a noticeable difference (hp and torque) if I put on a high flow cat without changing the muffler.
Or should I just not worry about the cat and look at the muffler?
Thanks guys.
