tell them that you would like a HARD COPY of the Owners Manual, i also suggest that you ask for the AS BUILT sheet, also called a build sheet, it is about 3 pages in length. It is NOT the original window sticker, it is much more detailed than that piece of paper

Man i wish i would have asked for the build sheet when i called

Finding it under the rear seat and front drivers seat of my 1971 Superbee twenty years ago was like finding gold

I ended up with like a library of books / delivered fedex / for my truck when i called

The 430 radio one / uconnect book was great to have also

Owners manual is huge plus the full warranty book
